Ethan Phillips, born on February 8, 1955, and standing at 5 feet 6 inches (1.68 m), is a versatile American actor, playwright, and author. He is renowned for his memorable television characters, including Neelix in Star Trek: Voyager and Pete Downey in Benson.
Originally from Garden City, New York, Phillips pursued his education at Boston University, earning a bachelor's degree in English literature, and later obtaining a Master of Fine Arts from Cornell University.
